By using Bathroom Buddy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information is community-provided

Restroom locations, access, hours, ratings, photos and amenities can change. Bathroom Buddy does not guarantee that a restroom exists, is open, permits public access, is safe or meets any accessibility need. Confirm important details with the location and use your judgment.

Your contributions

Submit only honest, relevant information based on your own experience. Describe restroom conditions rather than attacking employees, customers or other people. Hate speech, racial slurs, threats, harassment, unlawful material, private information, advertising and manipulated ratings are prohibited. Do not upload identifiable people without permission.

License to display contributions

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Bathroom Buddy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, resize and moderate that content for operating and promoting the service.

Moderation

We may automatically screen, withhold or remove content and restrict commenting when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse or maintain trustworthy information. Legitimate criticism of restroom conditions is allowed. Report suspected abuse through the listing or review controls.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, bypass security, overload systems, impersonate others, automate fake activity or use Bathroom Buddy to violate another person's rights.

Third-party services

Maps, directions, business information and analytics may be supplied by third parties and are also governed by their applicable terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bathroom Buddy is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate community information, unavailable restrooms, third-party services or use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Bathroom Buddy develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
